Poco Loco is a fun, versatile ensemble that adds spice to any event. Whether you need laid back and relaxing Jazz and Bossa Nova for a reception or energetic and rhythmic Latin tunes to get people on the dance floor, Poco Loco can take your party to the next level.

With an expansive repertoire encompassing many genres but specializing in Latin and Straight-Ahead Jazz, Poco Loco plays fun, engaging music suitable for any age. Please let us entertain you! We customize every performance to the needs of the event, and can perform as a quintet for more intimate or low-key gatherings, and as a ten-piece band for occasions when there's a lot of dancing to be done!

Poco Loco is available for parties, educational performances, restaurants and clubs and special events. Our instrumentation consists of a full rhythm section and a full horn section, and also features a unique instrument made popular in the Latin Jazz world by Tito Puente and Cal Tjader - the vibraphone.

Nominated for the Cincinnati Entertainment Award in World Music in 2008, we have performed at a number of great festivals and venues, including: Celebrate As One Festival, Women in Jazz Festival, Raise the Roof Festival, Freedom Center Jazz Festival, Monmouth Jazz Festival, World Music Fest, CAC 44 Lunch, Cincinnati Art Museum, Cooperative for Education Fall Fiesta Silent Auction, Blue Wisp Jazz Club, Jazzy Java, Leapin Lizard Gallery, University of Cincinnati and Northside Tavern, to name a few.
